Chacom L'Essard pipes
Formerly located rue des Etapes, Faubourg Marcel in Saint-Claude, Chacom moved its headquarters and factory early January 2016 to take a litte height. Henceforth, the factory overhangs the city of Saint-Claude and is located just a few miles away in the village of Villard-Saint-Sauveur. According to Antoine Grenard, current manager of the firm, it was necessary to move in more suitable and modern premises. The Chacom L'Essard collection that we present you here was launched in 2018. Its name actually recalls the new location of the Chapuis-Comoy premises. Indeed, L'Essard is the name of the locality in which the brand Chacom is since 2016. Chacom L'Essard pipes are characterized by a black sandblasted briar (very nice to the touch) as well as a black acrylic stem (that can be equipped with 9mm filters). An elegant nickel band decorates the pipe and strengthens the junction between the shank and the stem. The Chacom L'Essard can be smoked with or without filters. It comes with an adaptor, which leaves a choice to the smoker: smoking it with a metal filter or with a 9mm filter, even more efficient. On www.pipeshop-saintclaude.com, you will find all the Chacom L'Essard pipes that we have directly selected in the workshops of the brand.
