Country Gentleman corn cob pipe (bent stem)
34,00 €
The corn pipe from the American countryside:
The "Country Gentleman" is one of the most famous corn pipes in the U.S. Now made by the Missouri Meerschaum company, this pipe is said to have been born thanks to a farmer in his corn field. When he realized he had forgotten his pipe at home, he decided to make one from a genuine corn cob!
The corn pipe is very popular among pipe smokers as corn brings softness to the tobacco. It is perfect for a beginner in the pipe world or an experienced smoker who wants to try out a new tobacco. Of course, corn pipes must be smoked very slowly. If you properly take care of it, and let it rest between two uses, this corn pipe will last you a long time!
Because of the nature of corn cobs, the finish of this pipe can present more or less irregularities depending on the model. This is perfectly normal and only adds to the charm and character of each pipe!

The unique shape and original design of this "Country Gentleman":
The "Country Gentleman" is a pipe with an original shape (that is reminiscent of... a wine barrel!), that fits very comfortably within the hand!
As you may have noticed, this pipe has a special varnish. It is the same one that many enjoy on the pipes from the Cobbit collection, since it brings added heat-resistance to the pipe. Moreover, this darker color gives a more vintage look, that adds charm to this pipe!
This pipe has a slightly bent stem and comes with a filter. We recommend you get a box of 6mm balsa filters to replace it (it must be changed after every 2 uses).
