Dunhill County pipes
Dunhill is the reference English brand since more than a century when it comes to pipes. It is world-renowned by all pipe enthusiasts and collectors thanks to the great quality of its pipes and their impeccable taste. The brand Dunhill does not only create pipes. This is why the company decided a few years ago to rename each "Dunhill" pipe by "The White Spot" as a reference to the white spot that decorates each pipe stem. Among all the prestigious collections created by the brand, we present you here on this webpage the Dunhill County collection. The latter was launched in 1986 and is less known than other collections since the manufacturing of these pipes was interrupted the following year in 1987. It was reintroduced on the market 20 years later (in 2006) in limited quantities. County Dunhill pipes are characterized by a sandblasted briar (of a light brown color) combined with a beautiful cumberland stem (of the same color). Many smokers like Dunhill sandblasted pipes because they are more lightweight but also more heatproof (thanks to a better heat dissipation). Dunhill County pipes are also famous for their finish (called "walnut") that allows the grain of the briar to stand out. Nowadays, Dunhill County pipes are still difficult to find, and we can only recommend you to jump on the opportunity to get one among our selection.
