An elegant English pipe with its cumberland stem:
The Dunhill Cumberland is a very high-quality pipe made in England. As with every model of this line, the briar is sandblasted. Furthermore, it comes with a cumberland stem. The jasper-like color of the cumberland goes perfectly with the brown color of the briar.
Another interesting feature of this pipe: a flat bottom allows to put the pipe down without spilling any ash. It is very handy!
The Dunhill pleasant to hold in the hand and in the mouth:
The "straight Dublin" shape of this pipe is ideal for those who like to smoke with the pipe in hand (especially since this model is very light). At Dunhill, this shape matches the number "05" (the 2 last digits in this pipe's name). According to the "Alfred Dunhill" classification, we can also know that the bowl is medium-sized (group 4). The characteristics of this pipe are therefore:
- Shape of the pipe: Dublin (05)
- Size of the bowl: medium (group 4)
- Type of stem: tapered fishtail (type 1)
This Dublin pipe from the "Cumberland' line, conceived by Dunhill!
