A sublime Dunhill pipe in sandblasted briar:
Made in England, Dunhill pipes are appreciated by smokers all over the world. Among the different collections "Dunhill - The White Spot", the Shell Briar is certainly the most emblematic. Indeed, through this series, the brand presents all its pipes in sandblasted black briar. Each model is mounted with a vulcanite stem (on which we find of course the famous white dot).
Known for their incredible lightness, the Shell Briar pipes benefit from a long manufacturing process. Dunhill patented this sandblasted finish in the 1920s. This sandblasting (which accentuates the relief on the surface of the briar) brings out the wood grain in the most beautiful way!
The elegance and refinement of a high quality pipe:
The "bulldog" shape of this model is ideal for people who like to smoke with the pipe in hand. It has the advantage of being thicker (as on a pot pipe). Concretely, this pipe will be particularly robust and resistant to heat when you smoke.
In terms of presentation, this Dunhill pipe is arranged in a beautiful "The White Spot" box and delivered with its fabric pouch, as presented on the photos.
- An English made pipe considered one of the most impressive achievements in the world
- The elegant black sandblasted finish combined with a high quality vulcanite stem
- Its bulldog-shaped and thick bowl make it very comfortable to hold in hand
