The Poker pipe by the Nording workshop in Denmark:
For Erik Nording, pipes should obviously be made to smoke tobacco, but they should also be visually attractive objects. The Compass pipes collection perfectly captures these two ideas by proposing an original pipe combinig a briar bowl, an aluminium shank, and an acrylic removable stem.
The Compass Sailor pipe distinguishes itself by its so-called Poker shape. Its flat-bottomed bowl allows it to stand without any additional pipe stand, which is really practical! Did you notice? Under the bowl, you can see the drawing of a compass (navigational instrument imagined here with a "Viking" style).
Made in Denmark, the Nording Compass pipe refers to sailor's pipes: a simple pipe, lightweight, that easily holds in your mouth and can be brought with you anywhere you go.
