Why should you use a pipe screen in your pipe?

Once at the bottom of the tobacco chamber of your pipe, this pipe screen will prevent tobacco and ashes to get stuck in the shank. This will therefore allow a better airflow, and the combustion of the tobacco will be even better.

This dome-shaped metal grid is made with stainless steel. Its small size (1.5 cm in diameter) allows it to be put in almost every pipe.

How to use this pipe screen?

It is very easy to use this very useful accessory. To do so, you simply have to:

1. put it at the bottom of the tobacco chamber of the pipe
2. put the tobacco in the tobacco chamber on top of the pipe screen

As you will have understood, the pipe screen has to be at the bottom of the tobacco chamber before you pack your pipe. Once you have smoked all your tobacco, we recommend to wash the pipe screen with soapy water.
