Vauen Edison pipes

To understand Vauen's history, you have to go back in time, 180 years ago. Karl Ellenberg and Carl August Ziener started making their own pipes in 1848. Back then, the firm was not called Vauen. It is only in 1901 that the brand Vauen was born. Craftspeople in Vauen's workshops were always very imaginative and the premises at the forefront of technology. Twice a year, craftspeople propose new pipes for smokers. The Vauen Edison collection that we present you here is one of Vauen's latest 2023 creations. This new collection is very original since each briar pipe has a white lacquer. The brand is proud to say that it is a breath of fresh air in the world of pipe smoking. In addition to this white lacquer, Vauen Edison pipes are decorated with a black acrylic band on which we can see an original pattern. The latter allows a striking contrast with the rest of the pipe and particularly with the acrylic stem, white as well. These pipes are available in different shapes and can obviously be smoked with a 9mm filter. Edison pipes were created in honour of Thomas Alva Edison, inventor of the incandescent light bulbs.
